જોબ (Scope)

સંદર્ભ : – ભારતનું સંવિધાન માં ભાગ-૩. મૂળભૂત અધિકારો અંતર્ગત ની
આર્ટીકલ ૧૬. Equality of opportunity in matters of public employment.

વિષયઃ સમાન સ્કોપ(તકો)
(૧) સમાન તકો ,સમાન અવસરો, સમાન કામ-સમાન વેતન, સમાન સંભાવનાઓ નિર્માણ
થાય તે માટે સમગ્ર રીતે વિભિન્ન સરકારો તથા સમાજ ના સમૂહો , સંગઠનો
દ્વારા સકારત્મક ભૂમિકા અદા કરવામાં આવે તો ચોક્ક્સ નિર્ધારિત લક્ષ્ય
પ્રાપ્ત કરી શકાય.
(૨)સંવૈધાનિક લાગણીઓ તે સમગ્ર દેશની આશાઓ અને અપેક્ષાઓ નું પારદર્શિ
પ્રતિબિમ્બ ગણાય.
ઉપરોક્ત ક્રમ (૧),(૨) ના ધ્યેયોની યત્ કિંચિત પરિપુર્તિ માટે નિચે મુજબ
